The enrollment at Marlborough School in Preschool through grade 8 is 176 students. Academic and related instruction and services are provided by 40 full and part-time staff. Teachers plan and work in teams to develop a child-centered and integrated curriculum throughout the grades. The school’s small size lends itself to an emphasis on the individual needs of students.
In addition to the regular academic instruction, Marlborough offers music, band, chorus, NHDI (dance), art, Destination Imagination, physical education, Spanish and computer technology, as well as reading and resource room services.
The school is a member of the Governor’s Best Schools Initiative whose goals are to improve student responsibility and community involvement and, thereby, increase student achievement.
